What is the Post-It for my State of Mind Color Method?
We all have days when we're anxious, exhausted, angry, sad, or struggling with how we see ourselves. But how often do we actually stop and acknowledge what we're feeling?
The I Am Healed Post-it Color Method helps you identify your emotions and use positive self-affirmations to challenge negative thoughts and shift your mindset. Each color represents a different emotional state, with affirmations to encourage you through what you're experiencing.
It's not about pretending everything is okay. It's about recognizing where you are and being intentional about how you move forward.

Recognize
Take a moment to acknowledge what you're feeling. You don't have to explain it away or pretend it isn't there.
Choose
Find the color that reflects your current emotion. You may identify with more than one color, and that's okay.
Affirm
Read the affirmations or write one of your own. Choose words that challenge the negative thoughts you've been carrying.
Reflect
Write your affirmation on a Post-it, place it somewhere you'll see it, and consider what actions could support the words you're speaking.
The Post-it Is Just the Beginning.
An affirmation can remind you of what you need to hear, but healing doesn't stop at repeating the words.
Sometimes you have to sit with what you're feeling, ask yourself why certain things keep coming up, and recognize the patterns you've been carrying.
That's why I created the Post-it State of Mind Worksheet—a space to go beyond choosing a color and begin reflecting on what's happening beneath the surface.
